Turkey Pork Meatloaf


1 pound ground turkey
3/4 pound ground pork
1 cup cooked white rice
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp Annie's Organic Ketchup
2 tsp dry Italian herbs
1 tsp dry onions
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.  Mix all ingredients except 2 tbsp ketchup in a bowl.  Shape meat mixture into a loaf in a large glass baking dish.  Spread remaining ketchup on top.
3.  Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.  Makes about 6 servings.
